The results of our launch exceeded our expectations. We reached beyond our target audience pool with a 77% target audience reach, and our organic engagements had a 400% ROI. With such Dettol earned media, we were thrilled with the response we received in this new market, and we knew that we had created something meaningful to our audience's lives. To ensure the success of our launch, we put together a robust digital plan with a focus on social KOLs. We worked with mom social KOLs from TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube communities. From HCPs (healthcare providers) to micro to macro, we made sure that we had 100% qualified KOLs. One of the things that we were most proud of was the Dettol content marketing with content partnership for educational knowledge about hygiene. We knew that our products were effective, but we also knew that we needed to educate people about why it was so important to keep their families safe from germs.
