Through user experience & customer experience iterating experiments, we built a brand experience digital ecosystem that helped customers and users interact seamlessly with the brand across their journey: a lifestyle website with booking engine; an application for both their home operation and the building communication; a social and message platform for human interaction between residents and the operation team; and the integration from this digital world to the physical space where they enjoy their stay (O2O).
